ABS is an independent company which offers monitoring services to individuals and companies by deploying inspectors on the ground to monitor and report back to clients based on an agreed reporting schedule. Examples of how we can help you:
- Stock Monitoring at Warehouses: Reporting on the quantity of service and tallying the movement of all goods, equipment in client’s warehouse.
- Stock Monitoring of Liquid Storage Depots: Measuring volumes of trucks loading or discharging into storage depots.
- NGO/Donor & Government projects: ABS provides meticulous monitoring and detailed reports on projects initiated by NGOs, Donors or Governments to ensure that the money, goods or services allocated to the project is used efficiently for its intended purpose and not diverted for other uses.
- Individual/Personal Projects: Do you travel a lot? Live overseas? Or just live too far away from your individual / personal project? ABS will ensure that your project runs
smoothly to completion. For example, if you are overseas and want to construct a house in Ghana but you are not sure that it will be done at all or done properly. For this example; ABS will provide monitoring services to;- Ensure that construction is being done on YOUR land and not on someone else’s land.
- Monitor and report on the procurement of authentic raw materials for the project.
- Confirm that the construction is being performed according to nationally approved standards.
- Ensure the building is being constructed according to your approved architectural plan/schedule.
- Reporting with pictures, videos and other data on an agreed frequency with the client.
- Witnessing services: ABS also offers witnessing services to clients who need experts to witnessing events and procedures from start to finish or on an agreed duration. We also witness the calibration of equipment.
