MEET OUR CEO

Kaal Guri is the CEO for Africa Business Solutions (ABS). He is an executive level professional who specializes in providing operation controls, developing high performance teams, appraising infrastructure, ensuring the success of projects, planning and allocating resources. His dual Australian-Ghanaian background and experience working with diverse teams makes him relatable and sensitive to every client and project.

Kaal joined SGS as Manager of the Technical Operations & Audit division (SGS Tanzania Superintendence Co. Ltd, 2002) and stayed there for 18years where he rose through the ranks as the Manager of Agricultural Services & Collateral Management (SGS Tanzania, 2005) and also as the Business Development Manager for Redback Drilling Tools ( Congo, 2010-2011).

Through the years, his commitment and hardwork led to his promotion as Managing Director of various units in SGS including; SGS Togo SA (2008-2010), SGS Minerals & Laboratory Services Congo Sarl (2011-2014), SGS Congo SA (2010-2019) and also seconded as the Managing Director for SGS DRC (2013-2017).

Kaal is fluent in professional level French and English Language. An honors graduate of the University of Canterbury-New Zealand with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Economics and Master’s degree in Engineering Management (MEM).
